Grameenphone has gained the recognition of the most favorite telecom brand
Tech Service Leader and Digital Bangladesh's Connectivity Partner Grameenphone has won the Most Loved Brand of 2021 arranged by Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF) and Nielsen IQ in the Mobile Phone Service Provider category at the Best Brand Awards. At a recent event in the capital's La Meridian Dhaka, the company was recognized as the fifth most popular brand among its customers.
With this, Grameenphone has gained the recognition of its favorite telecom brand for 13 times in this award ceremony of Brand Forum. The BBF organized the awards ceremony for the brands in recognition of their consistent service to customers and buyers. This is the 13th edition of the Brand Forum this year, where the Bangladesh Brand Forum recognized the most popular brands for their various initiatives and achievements. Awards were given in 35 categories at the event; At the same time, 15 brands of the country were recognized as top brands. A total of 102 brands were recognized at the awards ceremony.

Bangladesh Brand Forum organized the award ceremony in partnership with Nielsen IQ in collaboration with The Daily Star. The award was launched in Bangladesh in 2008 in association with Nielsen. The award is given on the basis of a global model (Winning BrandsTM) by taking feedback from 8,000 customers across the country.
